This workout is unique in that it uses a metronome to create a rhythm that each repp is performed to. I use this technique with lighter weights than normal and control all aspects of the repetition which makes it very very hard. Do not speed up any component of the repp and if you find yourself doing this then you have obviously elect too heavy a weight so drop your weights and focus on perfect form unbroken within perfect time. Do non let your ego get in the way of this one as I have seen grown men brought to failure with incredibly light weight. Never judge
