Your Bowflex is finally set up, and now you ar admiring your work while trying to decide where to begin. With all of the exercises the machine affords you, it can be overwhelming. If you break it down into muscle groups, though, you will soon be capable to create your first Bowflex workouts and start getting physically fit.

Upper Body

Take inventory of yourself. You will find there are some major areas of your body that need exercising. Starting with the upper body, you have major muscle groups that comprise the shoulders, upper back, chest and abdominals.
